The equipment offered would make a good set up for the right home.
The marketing strategy is also a good set up to obtain perspective purchasers.
Do you have the other criteria explaining how the process will evolve?
How are they advertising it, radio, billboard, flyer etc?

My house was built in the 1930's about 1300 sq ft and its forced air heat. The marketing of this is actually pretty neat. It's a cross promotional thing with the major AM radio station in Cleveland. Several business's in town put up things for auction. This is the 3rd auction so its built a good reputation.

My big question is how do I know the Bryant system would work in my house?

You did not list size of the HP and I assume a matching tin plated Carrier Evap coil is included.

If you are limited to the furnace size you listed, then certainly it would be grossly oversized. If you could get the right size, then OK.

Factory warranty will be in effect? Installation included in bid price? Lots f questions that require answers.

    IMO
