man you guys can be brutal. Markt they all have a point and are right, stop trying to remove the oil. if Carrier wanted the oil removed they would have made a way to do so that was easy. Pull the charge, (Have it tested) put in the same amount of oil that you pulled. change your driers and the 2 or 3 oil filters (depending on the circuit) vacuum, wiegh in the charge and walk away.
