To prospective employers when you’ve been terminated? Any tips would be help full I’ve been in the trade over 20 years and this is the first time.

Mostly boiled down to personalty and experience age I have more and I think the the supervisor saw me as a threat I have more than twice the experience not that it matters. He's favored more by management and now he has a job and I don't. thats about as spacific as I can get at this point.
