Where do I begin to tell the story of a .... Some things you wish you hadn't seen. Looking at that makes me think they didn't care what you had to say about it.

How's this one? Hot water pressure was very low, two 40 gal gas fired water heaters run in series, the outlet from heater 1 to heater two had deposit about 1/4" thick, both thermostats nearly maximum. Cleared debris by using CLR to dissolve, then set heater 1 at 110F output and heater 2 at 140, everything is fine now...
