I guess if the truth be told, it's passibly the individual personality and ability to control ones emotions that becomes involved in the decision process.

There is absolutely nothing wrong at all with working for one company your entire career. For me, this just wasn't possible. I'm an old teardown man, and the stress has always been enormous. At least 95% of bosses i've worked for didn't have a clue what this process entails.

The last job i had before going on my own, the last year i worked, me and a helper grossed 1.5 mill, and 790.000 in sales of extra work/equipment. We both recieved a 50 dollar xmas bonus, oh! and a ham! This was a no brainer......
