Thx anyway chuck, been there done that, called west region network tech today. He explained its too technical to explain over the phone and he agreed that their manuals are very thorough and descriptive on what actually need to happen to make it work.
I just figured with all the tech's online here that someone would have some generalized steps to complete the task or at least head me with some tips of initializing the gb50

I have worked with the G50 but not the newer controllers. I can see how it would be hard to help set it up over the phone.

So what was the tech's advice?

I setup a conference call with him to run through setup with my client
He was very helpful.
