Oldest stat I found
Well this is the oldest working one I have found. It was nowhere near old enough to win that contest Honeywell had years ago. I have also had no luck in finding that awesome poster they had out regarding that contest.

The oldest working thermostat that I came across is featured in my Avatar. It is now hanging on the wall of my house. I would hook it up to my wood furnace, but I like the convenience of the electrical controls. (not Honeywell)

How about some old wooden ducts from an era long gone by. I think the building was from 1913 or something like that.
