    FREE PAD WITH EVERY NEW CONDENSER!!!

    Why not? Afterall it comes with the unit. This one is in the front of a convenience store. Right where you pull up and park as a customer.

    I would think that is a refrigeration condenser, guessing by location. But I think they may have 2 AC units, I just don't know. I only shop there.

    Worked on a few like that. You get to clean the grass out of the underside of the condenser coils with every visit. At least when they are in someone's yard anyway.

    I like the way it's shoved up against the concrete wall to save space... no heat xchanger loss there...
