I have an RTAA that when commanded to start ice build mode immediately goes to ice build complete. My entering and leaving temps are well above set point so it's not a sensor problem. HELP!

what is your set point? in what way this machine? auto, local or tracer?

Ice termination set point is 24F. Supply & return glycol temps are in mid 30's F. Unit is in Local mode.

your contacts that INITIATE ice building are opening after they close. I would recommend that you investigate the BAS that is controlling this feature. take a jumper and...wait...investigate first.

He said in post #5 that "chiller has no alarms", but people unfamiliar with this panel have been known to get confused on how to check for current alarms and alarm history. Come to think of it, so have people who are (supposed to be) familiar with it.
