I thought I saw an electric cord going to that supposed smoker. Smokers use wood. and wood comes from tree and doesn't involve the use of elect ricity. So whatever that wa supposed to be it wasn't BBQ. If you want some BBQ try Mud Creek BBQ off US 72 in NE Alabama, or the Red Pig in Cooleemee, NC

I did my first smoked butt for Easter. With the pan dripping I made carmelized onions to spread on top of the sliced meat just before serving. In the onions and pan drippings I added honey, wine and apple cider then simmered it for an hour.
Fantastic.
