Iran is fairly lenient toward women when it comes to islamic rules on dress etc.... women in iran are really better off than women in say...saudi arabia or kuwait.

If you are just pointing out that the common person is the same all over the world I would agree. Mostly. Everyone wants a nice husband/wife and job and house, likes children, flowers, and pretty sunsets,.. LOL! That is a little simplistic but I reckon it is the truth.
