hey all, this stat is taking 20 min too change from heat pump too aux heat and also takes 20 min too change from heat too heat pump can anyone HELP please? the pros can't figure it out they this is normal I don't think this is normal.

Sounds pretty normal to me. But if you are unsure you can contact Honeywell. They will help you out. The 800# should be inside the thermostat.Originally Posted by cl8939
