    prestige iaq stat

    hey all, this stat is taking 20 min too change from heat pump too aux heat and also takes 20 min too change from heat too heat pump can anyone HELP please? the pros can't figure it out they this is normal I don't think this is normal.

    Sounds pretty normal to me. But if you are unsure you can contact Honeywell. They will help you out. The 800# should be inside the thermostat.
    Can someone please explain to me -
    Why is there never enough time to do it right the first time, but plenty of time to do it twice?
