Tools to open pressure adjust on Robertshaw millivolt valve 7000MVRLC

I ran into this problem last winter season, it's a Robertshaw 7000MVRLC, the pressure adjustment cap looks like a round disk with two holes on it, I don't have proper tools to open it, so I give up on the idea of adjusting it. Afterwards, I looked through a few tool shops and can't seem to find anything, a few screw driver bits look promising but the tips are square not round.

Is there a name for this kind of cap and bit for turning it?

    Thanks for your help,

a spanner bit should work. Try the snake eyes brand spanner bit.
I know everything about HVAC/R until i go to the next call.

    Thanks for the help.

That's the tool I saw and thought wouldn't work, apparently I'm wrong.

I always just use a needle nose pliers like my leatherman tool. You can grip the sides of the cap with the large teeth towards the back of the pliers and loosen the nut.
