Set up a healthy Furnace with only a door switch disengaged and Apex in Washington DC told them they needed a new furnace, coil and water heater. First guy was honest. They wasted little of the story on him.

Caught it James. How do we solve the problem with companies like that?

When caught, the guy started stammering amd stuttering.

There will always be companies like that and NBC will find them if they go looking for them. By no means am I taking up for them. Frankly I think they should be arrested just like they had stole something because in essence it is the same thing.

What bothers me is that NBC can't find a dishonest roofer, car salesman or reporter. Like I have said, little attention was paid to the honest guy.

There is so many selling points now for selling new equipment. I do it almost everyday now. We don't need these A holes doing this.

The Apex guy is just doing what they do everyday which is giving all of us a bad name and NBC and the rest will always get a story out of it.

I spent Friday negotiating a car buy. I ran the BMW by them as a trade just to see what I could get. I don't think the mechanic are the biggest crooks in the car arena.

By far sales are and this story is never told. From the sales guy, to the guy that looks at your car and then the F&I guy that tries to do the tack on's and hidden BS fees.

    These guys are scum.
