    ive had the hydra swage for about 4 or 5 years and use it alot , never had a problem with it and if it broke tomorrow i would buy it again plus its alot cheaper than the YJ one
    What cant be done correctly shouldn't be done at all

    If you ever used a tubing expander, hydraulic or lever type, you may end up tossing your old swag tools in a junk drawer.

    A tubing expander saves a lot on fittings and brazing materials, and is great for rounding out fittings and factory swags that are out of round.

    One of my biggest uses for mine is on the copper stubs on new evaporator coils. After cutting the closed end off of it, I use the tubing expander to clean it up instead of a reamer.
    Less chance of random slivers of copper ending up in the coil.
    If more government is the answer, then it's a really stupid question.

    I too have the Mastercool Hydraswage. Have had it about 5 years. Paid $255 for it at a local supply house. It has more than paid for itself if for no other reason than I am never out of couplings I can not do without it now. Good high quality tool.
