Hey guys, really appreciate the info. By all means keep it coming. Mepat and hvacagent are really good websites. I've contacted and sent resumes through the websites and list of companies you guys suggested. I've received a lot more responses than before. I'm still waiting to hear back from some. Even though most employers are looking for experience, it feels a lot a better just knowing that employers know that your willing and ready just in case something opens up. Mustang, I know i'm a little late but if a service tech position is available i'm still looking.

We will be deciding next week if we will be adding a 3rd tech in the dfw area. Will be sure and let you know.
