A buddy and I were servicing a building when a tenant asked us what we did to the A/C and power. I went to investigate and found the electronic meters all blank, no sooner did I go up on the roof, my buddy and I heard what I'll describe as a piece of metal slapping the inside of plastic conduit and saw the wires off the main pole SHAKING BACK AND FORTH!! Then we saw the smoke coming from the ground. This is what the local power company contractors dug up, all the wires burned through in the ground. Didn't get the photo of the sand that turned to glass.

So, what DID you guys do there that caused this?
If more government is the answer, then it's a really stupid question.

Just realized that I posted the same picture. My dispatcher emailed them to me and I went straight to ImageShack and didn't even realize.
