The 4th bedroom has 3 exterior walls, and 2 windows. In our area the front room also is common to have a cathedral ceiling. I don't see how it would ever cool properly with less than 10" duct feeding the wye at the front of the house.
The Fan rated CFM(set on Med): 1,354 CFM is based on proper ductwork. You are most likely getting MUCH less than rated airflow. Putting the blower on HIGH would get you closer to the 1200CFM you need. In real world situations if the blower is set too high the house will have too much humidity in summer.
