When I was in a small restaurant in Wuhan, China (adoption) , there were two guys installing brackets, one hanging out of the window, and one holding on to him so he wouldn't fall. After that, the put the mini split on the brackets, and something similar to the picture happened in order to bolt the thing to the brackets. They ain't pretty installs, but they are all over the place. This was only on the third floor, though.
