    It's just our back-up

    But they panic when it doesnt make ice...i wonder why that is??

    By the looks of things I suspect earlier you could see black specs in middle of ice

    After I worked on my first few ice makers it didn't me long to say "no ice in my drink please"

    I still get funny looks from people when I do that, even had one tech from another company that was nearby when I ordered a drink with no ice and he said "guess you have worked on ice machines huh?"

    I dont get ice in my drinks just because I get more drink that way, lol.

    Here's a follow-up. I got a call from them today saying it's not making ice and the ice has been filthy.

    You're kidding!

    Quoted them out a new machine because they wanted a new warranty.
