Caripigiani UF 820 E soft serve machine
Hey all. I am currently in possession of a Carpigiani soft serve machine model number UF-820 E. Its a double flavor twist floor model. The issue I am having is that the minimum mix level for one mix chamber is approximately 3 quarts, which means that at the end of the day there is still 3 quarts of soft serve mix that I am unable to use in both chambers. My question is, is there any way to bypass this mix level sensor? Or will anything below this level damage the beaters and drive shaft?
