    Still noisy??

Go to a new customer with a complaint of noise. Found this jewel of a 115,000 btu 2stg variable goodman 95% 24.5 in wide trying to shove air through 7 runs on a 17 in wide plenum and pulling through a 8x24 return drop with a 16x25x1 eac. 4 ton ac system as well. Previous company who installed could no longer help! Must have used all there tape stock i guess. Wish i had gotten more pics but this should give you the idea

So what's your plan of attack to fix it?

A Whole lotta money!! Sad part is the house needs a 110k and 3.5 ton. The duct is ALL undersized and above finished ceiling in basement. The mech room is accessible but only a small portion of duct system. Gave a quote on improvements and one major return can be assessed but thats it unless they want to buy a ceiling and spend the $

    Yeah, good luck with that.

Seems like when a customer has such a bad system and it costs what it costs to fix it, all of a sudden , we dont know what we're talking about and all we are trying to do it get rich off of them.
