Hobart & Traulsen Manufacture Dates
Can anyone tell me how to determine when the Hobart & Traulsen equipment we have was manufactured based on the model and/or serial numbers. I can't make heads or tails of their numbers. I've emailed Hobart & Traulsen three times with no joy.

Just call them and speak to tech service or the warranty parts people... they aren't meant to be read by a human.

LOL - Isn't that the truth! I've got around 20 pieces of equipment, so I figured emailing them the numbers would be easier. Anyway, thanks for the suggestion. I'll give it a shot.

Lo and behold, the two people I emailed finally got back with me. They were able to provide manufacture dates on all but two pieces of equipment. Kudos to them for doing that.
