Wait till you see one pop, or better when you see a terminal blow.
The first time I saw a terminal blow it scared me so bad I nearly fell off the roof when I jumped back. It sounded like a gun went off, and there was a lot of smoke from the burning oil. It was a sight to see.
Its a Russell condensing unit on the ground outside the building. There is a hill where water runs down towards it but i was never there when it rained hard to definitely say there is a drainage/flooding problem.
Every customer you take for granted today will be someone else's tomorrow.
Never seen 1 blow like that.
They always rip open a tear at the top and get that crap spewed everywhere.
1 actually blew on a tune up from a 25 year old unit, original run cap, with mean few feet away.
