    Percent imbalance = maximum deviation from average /
    average of three phases X 100%
    Example:
    1. As measured: Phase A = 449 A; Phase B = 470 A;
    Phase C = 462 A
    2. Calculate Average = (449 + 470 + 462) / 3 = 460 A
    3. Calculate Max Deviation = 460 449 = 11 A
    4. Calculate Imbalance = (11 / 460) x 100 % = 2.4 %
