Scroll noise on start up

Do you folks get Any complaints about noise on the scroll start up in residential units?

We are working in a solution but trying to figure how big an issue it is and if it is worth pursuing? What do the rest of you think?

seems most units are outside the master bedroom window LOL
wonder what they were thinking but any way
aside from startup noise i find most complaints are from heatpumps switching to defrost and back
even with the control that shuts the nit down and then switches the scroll still has a loud grind when starts back up

not sure anything can be resolve but thought i would mention it
hear complains of resonading noise through the lineset while running also
