TMZ1600 on a AP-VMA 1420 Question
We put a TMZ on a VMA1420 that's being hosted by an FX Jace, and are getting an error message that basically says the overide button will not work as the controller is receiving a schedule from somewhere else. Our tech took this to mean that the VMA can only be occupied by using the overide button, and that you can't link a schedule to it from the front end. This sounds unbelievable to me.
The TMZ literature says the VMA must be Rev C00 or later. We're using HVACPRO Vers 8.08, and under the download drop-down, its say VMA Code Version C04.
Shouldn't we have the ability to send the VMA a schedule from the FX-Jace, then use the overide button to overide the schedule?

You need to write the Supervisory Schedule to ADI78 which is the scheduled point in the VMA. If the occupancy button is pushed it will override the Occ Mode in the VMA.
Don't forget that this is a multi-state input not a bunary input.
