I am thinking about picking up some work from home warranty companies. Does anyone here have any experience with them? Which would be a good one to afffiliate with & which should I avoid?

You need to find out the autho limits.It seems like every year they have tighter restrictions.They also don't want to pay the going rates on normal things like condenser motors,gas valves,circut boards etc.Try Old Republic.I've had a easier time working with them.
