    I'm going to fire it up tomorrow again, have the Alton Brown pull pork marinating and brown sugar-bourbon ribs(mccormick).

    smoking away since 8 am, brisket, ribs and piece of ham, little rainy around here, stored the wood on the service truck.

    I had an old all metal refrigerator, one with the rounded corners. Put a braided gasket on the door, adjustable air intake and a chimney on it. Best smoker I ever had. Got left behind when I moved.

    They have 10' x 10' x 10' old buildings here in Southern Maryland that sit about two feet off the ground. I noticed they looked like they caught fire, but the fire went out before it could burn thru. They are old Smoke Houses.

    Wondering how thick of a plate did u weld in? 1/4"? Also what do you have under your cooking grate?

    here is a shot from quite a distance. I want to get some better ones. maybe tomorrow. I had it roaring for some pulled pork for tomorrows special. sell out every Saturday.
