    I'm going to fire it up tomorrow again, have the Alton Brown pull pork marinating and brown sugar-bourbon ribs(mccormick).

    smoking away since 8 am, brisket, ribs and piece of ham, little rainy around here, stored the wood on the service truck.

    I had an old all metal refrigerator, one with the rounded corners. Put a braided gasket on the door, adjustable air intake and a chimney on it. Best smoker I ever had. Got left behind when I moved.
