I have never fried a turkey myself, had it a few times and really liked it. Looked into getting a set up to do it with, thought it quite pricey by the time figured in the oil and everything for something I would do at most twice a year.
I found a good deal on a char-broil tru infrared roaster/smoker/grill. I figured I would use it more, and replace my pain in the a$$ cheap smoker with it. So I ordered it, should be here in a few days.
I have heard really good things about turkeys done in these, anyone used one before? Any tips?
