5kcp39cg motor gone bad
I have a 5kcp39cg P874, 1/5 HP, motor that just recently went bad. I'm wondering if you all have any recommendations on an equivalent model that might be cheaper, or a place online that I can find it for a decent price. I've seen it anywhere from $$$$ to $$$$.
Thanks in advance.Last edited by jpsmith1cm; 01-17-2012 at 09:05 PM. Reason: Removed pricing

Maybe there should be a test to become a member. Lol.

Maybe you should try the big orange box store. They're experts a cutting out the tradesman. You can do it, they can help. But by all means, don't call a qualified company to do the repair. They'd much rather be in the unemployment line than helping a DIY homeowner keep from doing damage to themselves or the equipment.
If YOU want change, YOU have to first change.
If you are waiting for the 'other guy' to change first, just remember, you're the 'other guy's' other guy. To continue to expect real change when you keep acting the same way as always, is folly. Won't happen. Real change will only happen when a majority of the people change the way they vote!
