Trane not heating the best.
I have a 7 yr old 3.5 ton Trane split unit. All of a sudden it's not blowing real warm air. The temp at the closest vent tops out around 77 degrees when the thermostat is set on 70. It seems to run fine other than that. I had a friend with some gauges check the freon and he said it was a little high but he didn't think that would cause the problem.ive got a call in to a repairman now. Just waiting my turn. Any ideas or suggestion for things to look at. Thanks

Filters are being changed on a regular basis?
If system was heating fine and suddenly does not, you need a service call from an experienced HP HVAC pro.
At what outdoor temp?
77 degree supply temp is not normal.
Post back what they find.
