    how to park when your an A-hole

    it irks me when parking is limited & ppl take up 2 spots but wtf is this idiots excuse ?

    had a dual trailer big rig stopped in the right lane of a 4 lane road, 2 lanes each direction, with his hazards on.

    as traffic got to him(I got past him) he turned left across right 2 lanes, center turn lane and 1 lane of the opposite direction and sat there.

    he had no clue what he was doing and neither did anyone else.

    can a person even remove the key from an ignition while in neutral? .... def not an undercover .. my guess is a Hasidic woman. the mall was packed with them that day n they drive cars like this. there is a very very very large Hasidic community by me & none know how to drive worth spit. one time while downtown legally parked n writing an invoice "BAMMMMM" i got rear ended. jumped out, was ok n no damage on my van. i says to the (Hasidic) lady something along the lines of didn't u see me parked blah blah .. she gave me an attitude & yelled "that's what bumpers r for"
