    Yo!

Hello I'm in the niagara region, Ontario, Canada. I'm still a newb in this line of work having only around half a year experience so far. I have my gas & oil level 2 certification and I've worked with two companies so far, volunteered with one. I was laid off this dec. due to work shortage and I'm looking for work elsewhere in the meantime in case they don't call back.

Previously I worked for 8 years in the steel industry. I was laid off in 2009 and using the gov't Second Career program went back to school at Mohawk College. So here I am today once again laid off and no better off then previous lol...

Welcome! I feel your pain! I have worked as a service tech since 1973 and was laid off in 2009 and again in January 2011, back to work now but being out of work is no fun.
