if you have devices sharing the same 24V power, try making sure they are all wired to the same terminals and not crossed.

you ought to disconnect the good hard drive and make sure your image works onto a new drive...no point having an image that fails to restore when you need it!

Getting the dewpoint value is no problem from temp/rh, so what do i do with the dewpoint value? control supply air dewpoint? Room dewpoint? Not sure how to go about programming the control loop...

well i run e-vision on a d630 on XP (with care 7 etc) with pcmia card with no issues,(used it a LOT) so its possible (except the usual crap with e-vision) Previously i had dual boot with 98 on a D600...
just copy the honeywell.ini file into the windows folder manually from your old machine to the new one.
it looks like a safety thermostat of some kind...doesn't even look like it's making proper contact with the pipe

just an idea but if it where me and keeping your budget in mind, i would replace 3 other VAV's with series 2 and then use a cbus controller with lon capability to get the point data onto the cbus...

if you have zone managers on the site you will need e-vision simple as that, you can translate a zone manager with care 7 but to update the translated files etc you need e-vision.

saying that putting plant on roof is good, no need to run cw pipes up the building, pumps can be smaller, no need for mechanical ventilation etc...
