If you are going to have a high demand for water than just put in a boiler with an indirect. Either way I would still recommend the Bosch greenstar boiler.

We have installed quite a few of the Bosch greenstars in residential and commercial. It is a great product. The manuals explain the controls well enough to understand. It has a lifetime HX warranty....

In my area new construction leaves little to be desired when it comes to proper duct installation and balancing according to manual D. Then they pretty much wash their hands of the job and walk away....

Its really not that hard to cut 3 inch PVC if I ever have to access the coil. I'm not really worried about that. The less elbows I have in flue pipes the better in my opinion.
