Probably a part failed.
I'd recommend selling it for scrap metal.
Cross breaks when fabricated?
I'm still on the edge of my seat!
Oh yes, stealth pics.
I would start work by punching a drain hole down thru the roof, then after it dries a bit, I'd call the grounds crew to come mow. Then it would be time to get to work.
Looks like someone made a video of all of the crap Payson posted over the past few years. I think they did capture some of worst of the worst.
I think your beyond maintenance.
Here's your sign.
I think the same contractors were used on the churches. I've never seen such a poor install. If I had to cut into the wall to service the unit, I would be in the choir pulpit.
When you fix that one, there is one in a church in Killeen that is installed the same way. I refused to work on that gas furnace.
I would like to suggest a couple of words to describe what you found. The first is "abnormal." The second is actually from the movie Young Frankenstein, "Abbey Normal."
I hope those installers...

Looks like a Goodman.
I would consider a gallon of gas and a match to clean that coil. I have a feeling that you would probably be doing the owner a favor.
I don't know why they don't disconnect the crap on the roof. They don't even have power coming into the house.
Looks like a small duct leak to me.:D
When the time comes you might want to look into purchasing a heat pump. They will save you money during heating season.
I won't touch that with a ten foot power washer.
A company did that? I've seen some drunk transients that could do better then that.
Looks like another candidate for the Darwin Awards!
Here's your sign.
I would use the 2 x 4 to try to beat some sense into the installers who butchered that job.
Here lays the problem, you used a vacuum cleaner. The vacuum cleaner is not rated to reach the required evacuation level. Everyone knows that you have to use a shop-vac to reach the required...
