Tabb has some good info on their site. T& B is a tough way to make a living I found. We do work for some bigger shops but its no where near as profitable as my sheet metal or mech shops

It's a preloaded fitting or that's what it looks like. The box stores sell them you just need a torch no flux no solder its already in there

The highest scale areas are miami and Jacksonville I think and housing is alot cheaper in jacksonville

Actually that was his main gripe was the medical was worse and I am not going to post what he told me about Mcquays 401k plan but if the amount he told me is correct I would trade my union pension...

Mcquay went Union down here as well. I was actually talking to an 18 yr Mcquay guy today. He told me he actually lost money by going union.

9 is a controller for a pneumatic vav. Or atleast thats what it looks like. if it has a high and low pot it is for sure hard to see on my phone
