I am very impress, very good compressor, so far, as I know, one IGV was replaced on a 90 ton compressor......the bad side of the compressor is the procedure for oil replacement....

disconect the LLS and keep the suction pressure low by starting the compressor manually....check for frost after the valve

what changed in this system ?? the room temperature very high load

you need to install a cpr on the suction line not to overload the unit.....im surprise that the compr. doenst trip on overload!!

be sure you have a minimum of 20 psig Oil differential check valve on the oil receiver,
check oils trainers, filters etc

how about 4 hrs per head

6 X 4hrs= 24 hrs (12 pistons)
8 X 4hrs= 32 hrs (16 pistons)

leave the epr on the med.temp circuit adjust it at about 55 psig then adjust the desire set point on the thermostat.

adjust lpc cut in at 20 psig cut out at 5 psig
