The setup I am familiar with is the SE MPM module (main controller) and just SE room controllers (thermostats) under it. I've only been a part of two sites. Our company uses regular Struxureware also.

That was my net pay. I end up at 17/hr. I do get health insurance free. And yes it could be because I live in a small town, they charge $70/hr. Am I working for a fair wage?
