Bad coils will drop the superheat on a fixed orifice so the balanced charge will be less refigerant.

Im a run it till it breaks or replace everything with good new stuff. your intermintent noise might be a simple contactor. you could replace a pretty good unit with a mis-match that does not work...

I have devoloped a device consisting of a tube that directs the air to two bags that remove and trap all impurities in the air.

I think power fluctuations kill capacitos.
I think cogged belts are a bit more noisy. a lot more if the pulleys are shot out of alingment or the tension is off.

if the system was unhappy about the static pressure ithink it would tell you. you do not say the airflow increases with no filter. it sounds like the blower slowes to maintain cfm.
there are commercial outfits that want a tech on staff. lots of preventive maintenance that you can adjust the timing on. They want some stuff fixed now but I havent had one night call and only one...
I think it would work. I would not do it. If I noticed it on a service call I would note it on the invoice.

I usualaly have in mind if it is short (<20'), normal (20-50), long (50-80), or your kidding (>80). but it is not near the top of my need to know list.
pressure starts bending fins pretty quick. so low pressure high volume.
there is a rated amps listed that is the motor working full-out
i dunno price a single speed duel-fuel vs. a two speed gas with ac.
the meter thing is GOOD. Now I feel dumb.
