Even if I have no reason to suspect low charge, the customer always asks if I checked the antifreeze/freezone/ juice, so I check on virtually every call.

I use a 6 cfm. But pump size doesn't matter as much as the size of hose you use. And core removers. I use 3/8" hose and pull 500 microns pretty quickly.
