has anyone used BMP 438 to replace R-22 in any racks? We have a customer here who's considering it. Aside from the 20% loss in capacity are there any other draw backs? -

It is. It builds pressure to 125 and then cuts...
It is. It builds pressure to 125 and then cuts out instead of unloading, the pressure vents but it does no cut back in as it should. A manual would really help.

I came across a TGM 12000 btu split unit. The air handler fan starts then slows down almost completly. I dont have any experience with these units.

The 8ro boards for the condenser should fail in...
The 8ro boards for the condenser should fail in the n.c. position. I would check the dip switches. I think they should be in the up position for fail safe.
