if the pan is getting full the pan safety should throw a code on the front of the cabinet and on the tstat if its a waterfurnace tstat.

are you in northern va? could be the lines sweating inside the cabinet! also make sure the condensate tube isnt wet on the outside of the tube.

i deal with the same thing every day... hell these guys get in no trouble for just walking away oh it will be ok the next guy (me) will fix it...
