OOPS sorry - didn't catch the KAV. I went thru a load of problems with the Bryant heater's with standing pilots.
Had the same plate as a fix at first.

After the baffle, they still had problems & came out with a larger orfice for the pilot. If you still have pilot problem they say to install a pilot relite kit.

Yes it checked out Ok - I'm going back in fall to do a full furnace check.

It was installed by a registered plumber.

Corrected install with new 2 ton condenser.

That is a 6" flex for the return & 8" for the feed.
2.5 ton A/C & 100,000 heater. For a house that only needs 2 Ton & 50,000

One of our larger advertizing hack's in the area installed new furnace & a/c. Never told tennants that it wasn't finished. That was in 1997 & YES THEY WERE FUNCTIONAL !!!
