i've run into wrong nameplate charge a couple times and have been told by the factory that it's actually quite common...guess we have to pay attention out there!

Please tell me you calibrated the kaniddly pins before dumping more gas in....if you didn't, you may be screwed. you will need a 5 gallon bucket of steam to calibrate those.

thats good practice. if you're spending the money to their the whole thing down, might as well replace the pump and motor. avoids egg on your face if it fails soon after the work is done.

i've had chattering hi pres switch before, also had stake on connection on aux circuit breaker contacts just resting on it. sometimes it made, sometimes it didn't. threw me for a loop for a little...

put a trane purifier on there... those shaft seals suck especially if you're down for a while (like all winter) i'm in the middle of installing two right now.

yes i have seen this a few times... i have heard if the split is on the side of the support bracket it was from vibration... if it was on the "lifting" lug at the middle of head of the compressor i...

The oil line amp draw is true... i've done it. i never heard of it being an early sign of bearing failure though...

i beleive if you update your ch530 service pak to version 10 you should beable to set starts and run hours. i think its a new perk with the latest version
