So I have 4 DDC controllers (XCL5010) along with bunch of I/O modules for each. Couple of years ago one of my units went dead, and I bought another one for about $$$$, not too shabby....

we can only lower it to 44F that the limit, its only 170ton chiller, however i have another one, which i plan to start on monday to help in dehumidifying

our building is very big and right now only 30 people here.. and the supply and exhaust have been shut for 3 days and chiller is running at 44F for 4 days now.. and humidity is around 50% right now

your right because some days the humidity goes up even though exhaust and supply air dampers are closed. Our building is a clean room, and we have air balance such that corridors are higher pressure...

But MERV 13 is <75% for 0.3 micron particle, we are looking for 85% efficiency for that size particle, so MERV-14 would be a better choice right?

i am trying to purchase 85% efficiency filters for my AHUs at work. But the sales people from filters are keep giving me ASHRAE standard 52.1 certificate which says that MERV-13 are 85%, but...
