As controldude said, the only way to add and configure an expansion module on a 581 is by using the Rover software.. Also TRANE graphical programming is a part of rover.

The BCU time comes from the Tracer Summit workstation. Is there a computer workstation on site that has Tracer Summit installed.
Everyware is old software. It has been replaced by Trane Rover software which you can buy from Trane for about $1800 if you can get them to sell it to you.

The Honeywell FocusPro 5000 (TH5220) should do what you need. It have individual set points for heating and cooling. Also it can run off of batteries.

Those stats are a pain to get off the wall. The trick is using both hands put your thumbs under the stat on the tabs push down on the top of the stat and pull out on the bottom.
